What is ABA Therapy?

ABA therapy is a treatment for symptoms of autism that combines the application of scientific principles with play.

Your therapist will carefully arrange opportunities for your child to learn and practice new skills that lead to rewarding experiences.

Many parents struggle to understand why their child behaves the way they do. They may feel that communicating and connecting with their child is a challenge and become discouraged. ABA therapy seeks to bridge the gap by using positive, evidence-based methods to reduce the occurrence of challenging behaviors and increase positive behaviors.

ABA therapy is positive, client-centered, and scientifically validated. Starting ABA therapy is a big undertaking, but it can have a huge positive impact on your child’s quality of life.
